Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of Momona Wear intimate apparel are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, change of mind, or print/style preference.

Please review our sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive your order exactly as intended. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at shopmomonawear@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.

If we determine that an item is defective or was sent incorrectly, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Founder Packs

LIKO Founder Packs contain pre-selected prints and style combinations as described on the product page. Variations in print placement are expected due to the handmade nature of each piece and are not considered defects.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or production. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
